I was a bit dubious about the H - I think it needs another (4 letter) word in order to mean "fine fabric".

I did try to justify "Holland" for some time, though! "Holland so fine" is a line in a folk song that I can't place at the moment.

Seems fair, jazzy, considering "Holland". Coming from the right county, though (as rossim does) I've never heard it without the 4 letter word. though often with it.
