Did anyone else find this a shambles?

I thought it was one of the better ones I've tried over the past few months. Lots of 'doh!' moments and I think I managed to parse all the clues and answers correctly.

1a, 2d, 3d, 4d and 27a were ridiculous clues. I've been doing the prize crossword every week for a long time now and this is arguably the worst I've seen

Finished now all bar 22d for which there are two possible solutions. Timeless "toy" that's blue, like 26

I hated this crossword. I know nothing about the 6s and struggled with many of the clues. Thank you forum members for your help.

Remove T from Toy, then treat the 'o' as a numeral.

Left with a word that can mean 'blue' as in literature etc.

The 6s used to shout 22 26 and chase him round the house!
