Row 10 is where 21 and 22 across are. You really need to see the clue.

Thanks everyone. The clue was too convoluted to put easily but will try in future.

Passage of time is not getting me closer to solving 22d: A man whose in conversation around daughter on American prime time. Looks like Heyday but I can't parse it.

Yes that is clever and I'd never have thought of it. Thanks Trevor.

I wasn't home all weekend, so I thought I'd complete this one on Monday instead. 3 days later and I'm still stuck on a clue... Few crosswords (including Genius) have had me thinking that much over a grid in the past few months . Credits to Tramp.

I really enjoyed the challenge and I think most of the clues are pretty clever. And no need to give up if you're not a fan of the Simpsons. The genius of this crossword is that it has absolutely nothing to do with them :)

Now, if I may ask for some help. 21ac "We pick off clips to cover TV series" (7) S?I?E?S
Tried different ideas but could never really parse any of them. I'm sure it's here, staring me in the face.
