He's in my last contribution, again "Tweedledum and Tweedledee resolved to have a battle. for Tweedledum said Tweedledee had stolen his nice new rattle" Read carefully!

Didn't know the rhyme but I do now. still hopelessly in the dark. AJT I've composed a crossword that no-one has completed. Guardian crossword editor called it ingenious. Would you or anyone like a go at it? I'll offer £5 prize for first correct entry. If interested I'll post my address and will need a s.a.e.

I didn't want to be too explicit - but go to the rhyme, and think of the river Tweed!!!

AJT I think 49a is Wanda as in stray wander and poss ref to a fish called W that couldn't be drowned.

Thank you, Don. That is what I intend to complete the xword, but I've searched everywhere to see if it fits the rest of the alphabetical clues, and I can't find it anywhere. This is why I think ( sorry Araucaria) that he's made a mistake, and somehow thinks it's "one of them"
