the O wrong - do you have oboe?

Is the full clue "duck on lake"? Looks like Tea+ L for lake but can't parse that....

Yes, I do. I hadn't parsed that one and it looked iffy - obviously wrong. Can 24A possibly be swan ( derived from Aswan) ? Sounds very strange. Not sure where that leaves the oboe substitute.
