10A: Pretentious person has a job at last (4)
?N?B
It's obviously 'SNOB' = pretentious person (def) but can't parse it?
Maybe the 'b' comes from the last letter of 'job'?
but 'sno'???
19D: Hollywood 3 appearing in a new satire (7)
I think the answer is ASTAIRE, anagram of 'a' and 'satire' but cannot understand the meaning of 'Hollywood 3' ?
Help appreciated , please.

Thanks very much, AB and Malone!
I didn't think of looking up 'snob' in my Chambers - I'd never heard of an alternative meaning. That makes good sense now!
Yes, Hollywood Legend - how dim of me not to realise that '3' might refer to clue no 3! I thought it might be some reference to some Hollywood gang , like the Rat Pack!
