Hi Raymond. 21. Think of another word for affirmative and insert Churchill's famous hand signal inside !
19 Defn is bank and fashion is another word for manipulate and one letter needs to be changed - single letter defining Large to be replaced by a single letter for knight.

Last 3 letters are a Roman Greeting + first letter is a single letter denoting King and 2nd letter is the first letter of Nectar - definition is a name for a playing card

I was hoping that someone else would seek help for 23A with 9 letters. AT Home no elists hidden impropriety. I have word starting I and ending M. BUt cannot see the novelists reference.

AM hoping to post a bit more often as I nwow have a laptop up and running at home (well not exactly running, more crawling)!!!! SO no more trips to library computers
