24a take the ok e out of poker and replace it with "all round" - to give a 6 letter synonym for not flushed

the 8 extras give "THE GREAT"
6 answers - 1 of them is 27a has a 2 word solution Brandy Alexander but you only enter Alexander in the grid cos it goes with "the great" . similarly with 5 other clues.

Just finished. Not a bad Genius, but a bit hard on the post-festivities brain!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this - it is challenging but seems fair enough. I am, however, stuck with the bottom right corner: 19A, 20D, 22A and 22D.

If I have the rest of it correctly, 3 of these 4 clues require the addition of a letter (i.e. they represent 3 of the 8 clues referred to in the instructions). I am pretty sure I know what those 3 letters are - but have no idea to which clue they belong. In particular 20A and 22D are driving me mad.

Any further clues gratefully received.

Ok - what a moron I am re 22 down - I had that yesterday but could not parse it - doh. The rest fell into place...
