No, uncooked!
Geese seem to have their legs/feet further back.
I wonder what differentiates a duck from a goose?

There are both ducks and geese a few feet from my window as I type and they are very different and fight like good uns half the time, often rousing me from a decent lie in.

They are both damn noisy when roused.

I would be wary of a goose, but not a duck...presuming I could tell which was which!

Had Ducks in the lounge, Geese have only ventured as far as the door and they can keep it that way.

In my nearby park, have been chased (quite aggressively) by Canadian Geese, and one Grey Lag Goose as I had food in my jacket pocket (for the dog). The Egyptian geese also get very angry when they are interrupted, especially when they have young ones . The ducks are friendly and no trouble at all.

Very true - these are Canada Geese and very territorial and protective - the Mallards are great fun but terrible mothers sadly, they'll fly off if cornered and leave the ducklings to fend for themselves.

Many a rescue undertaken here often safely resolved.
