yeah, it's a nightmare, everything seems to be thwarting my progress with this grid - but I will get there in the end hopefully on Wednesday when BT turn up. When they came to fit it in, they gave me a time slot of between 1pm & 6pm so I took a half day from work and the guy turned up at 6:07pm, I was bloody livid cus I finish work around 5-5:30 if not doing a late, so would have been home in time that day.
I suppose I will be happy though when it's all sorted.
