Ok folks, I'm really sorry about this but I upgraded my broadband package to BT Infinity and had a new hub fitted, thing is now, I've lost my internet access at my house until Wednesday when they come to fix it. Yet again a small set back, however, I shall catch up with the JE as soon as I get chance. Sorry for you guys having to wait.
On a brighter side, I received a nice surprise in the post today. £20 worth of WH Smiths vouchers for runner-up prize from The Saturday Times Cryptic.
Funny thing is, the letter was franked on 7th/ Feb/ 2014 (last Friday) and the crossword it said I'd been a winner in was the Saturday Times No: 25,622.
I've trawled back to look at when that crossword was published and it was Saturday 2nd/ November/ 2013.
They must send a load of winners their prizes in a batch of 3 or 4 months worth, a bit of a wait if you know you've won. I don't get The Times other than Saturday so wouldn't see the winners announcement in the next-but-one Monday's paper on 11/11/13
Anyway, this makes it all worth while and keeps us interested I suppose.
