Thanks for that. Our idea for the theme is vague at the moment. However, we have some thoughts - perhaps Janus, Capricorn, doorway and Up Helly AA which seem to indicate openings or something. Any further ideas would be welcome.

Interviewer we agree with - and the bird is either turacou or turakoo which are alternative spellings of the same. I now see that Janus could be salut - if you follow me!
