If you try to print directly from the browser you will have that problem.
I saved this little clip because I've written it so many times:

For best results I would recommend the following:

- click Download, then Open with Adobe Reader
- (or Save File & open later)
- click Fit (Euro paper is taller & narrower than NA 8-1/2 x 11)
- click Print

This was for selecting from multi-page documents.
You want it all, so ignore #3 & #5 in this case.

4. click File, then Print (with some printers, using the printer icon will print it all)
5. click Current page
6. click Fit (Euro paper is taller & narrower than NA 8-1/2 x 11)
7. click Print
