I didn't really like this one, either. Some very obscure parsing necessary for several. Felt frustrated rather than fulfilled at the end!

OK, finished now, but can anyone explain:
11ac Area of sea foam produced with small rotation (5)
I have FORTH. I suppose "froth" comes into it.
19dn Fashionable tempo and a voice on one note (6)
I have INTONE. Fashionable is IN, but why does tempo = tone?
(It may not even be correct)
