I don't know what I am. I just opened the link and saw the error in 13Acc.

Yes, Aude is the eleventh dept. ( Aube is the tenth.)
There is so much work involved in setting a JE like this that the odd mistake is bound to slip through the net.
It's good that non-contributors are solving it too.
