Jazzgirl - that`s an old word for a coach. I think I`ve seen it in Jane Austen! M.

Good Evening, All. Isn't it good to be back to the routine of daily life, after the festive season? This should have happened last week, but my hospital week got in the way.

All quiet this week, apart from a kitchen ceiling which decided not to stay where it was put, largely because the guttering above the kitchen had become totally bunged up with moss, so the rain water having no place to go started to seep into the house. At least, it proved that the water dripping on my head wasn't coming from the toilet.

To crossword business. Not too bad this week, although not really a breeze either with the usual clues about people I don't know and programmes I don't watch. Still, I got there in the end.

Hope all are well.

Best wishes.
