I set crossies just for pleasure. I wonder if some of you excellent regulars would like to try a few of my clues? Since they're new, no letters!

They certainly look more than a wee bit harder to me - no inspiration at all (yet - I hope!)

Immediately the screen refreshed I saw no.5!

I have to be out for most of the day but will still try to have a go. I too was worried...

Can only see #3 for the moment.

I think I've got no.3, but I can't fully parse it, so maybe I haven't.

I have a VERY battered edition, with the last few pages of the final part missing (did it all end up OK?)

I have no 3 and may have no 5 but not sure.
