Hi Les -- I downloaded it a little earlier during a break in the ping pong, and I'm enjoying it very much. About three-quarters done, with the SW corner still to go.

Hi Les, just had a quick look and found the concept works well. As you say in your notes the challenge is to explain the 3 parts. the answer is not too hard to fnd as there is more information

I have indeed, Les, though I have to admit that at first I thought the answer was an anagram of Rosalind's. LOL. There's a fun piece of music incorporating this word and a toy we're not allowed to mention any more!Really enjoying working out the triple bits.

That's good news then, I agree that the actual crossword is easier with the extra info but spotting the three separate defs or wordplays is the fun part.
AB - At least you got it mate, I'm a corrie man myself but my ex girlfriend was a big eastenders fan and the characters seem to stick in your head for some reason.

I didn't get the soap reference at all until AB's post and I still haven't worked out the 3rd meaning for that one.
