Can anyone explain 1a ATHEISM / ATHEIST ?
Clue is: "God is filling a noted hole --- thinking to the contrary?" Is TM=trade-mark perhaps "registered" = "noted"? The rest is obvious, but I hesitate...

I'm finding this a real stinker!

I've only done about half and have so many blanks I can't bring myself to ask for help....

Yet.

Me too, Wendy. Problem is it puts me in a real ratty mood when I find the Saturday Guardian this hard - and have to try not to take it our on family!

ask for help! One answer can then help you with lots more hopefully!

I'm trying to think Paul (i.e. he loves the use of that which a lot of people would call "toilet humour").

Only found a couple of them so far so there are sure to be a few more!

Hi Wendy. I’m stuck about halfway too. A hint on 15d would be useful.

“Desire topless lust after squeezing softly favourite uncle’s rear “ (9)

I have just ??p?????y.

I think desire is the definition

Sudokulover, do you know the difference between a hint and an answer? Not everyone wants to be told the answers.

I found this one tricky, though I've finished now. Some of the wordplay leaves something to be desired.
