OK everyone,

I am now closing the clue writing to anyone who hasn't already got involved, hopefully they will try next time if it works well.
So I am making a decision to extend the help from the current bank of solvers I have already received, which is 10 of the forum posters.
As I have 52 clues, I suggest I send out 2 more words to each setter so that they will be in receipt of 4 clues each and hope to receive them this week, that leaves 12 clues left to which I will clue some and my mother and a friend will help with the rest.
All these will be included in the "Key to setters" attached to the final print which I hope I can send out live sometime this week.
For the next couple of hours, I will be sending out info to the 10 bank setters.

Sorry, if Rosalind and Jazzgirl would like to try with just one of the clue words for this time, then feel free to get in touch and I will give you some feedback. Or you could sit back and gauge how this one goes for now and get involved next time.

Personally, I'm not sure which is the most difficult. Writing the clue or using a new gmail account!

Les, such as they are I have sent my other 2 clues and hope you receive them OK. There was a big black splodge across the centre of the "page" where I'd tried to change the colour then couldn't get rid of it.

I've suggested using a word-processor like MS Word, or preferably OpenOffice:
http://www.openoffice.org/
(it's free, & they don't keep moving the damn buttons!)

Then send your work file as an attachment, instead of pasting it into an e-mail. That can cause problems.

Thanks Syzygy - I agree it'd be far easier all round although I think (but I'm not sure) that people with an apple mac can't open MS Word.

Many varied clues received with lots of lovely wordplay.

I'm nearly there, just waiting for a reply from the feedback email I sent to Pastille and Paul's last 2 clues (Let me know how that's going Paul, check your spam if you've not got the words)
The next time I post with the Forum Joint Effort, it will be on a new thread with the direct link to the PDF file, I've still got to type it up and check spelling and format it, but hopefully it will not be too long before you see the final print. I am hoping for tomorrow or very late tonight/morning if I stay up.
