I don't see Cryptic Crosswords all that often and maybe I am overthinking them, but they are so hard. Can anyone solve these ones please?

1.) GI tense: CNN broadcast judge's ruling(10)
2.) Jar aboard one angling rigger (9)
3.) At airport terminal, nurse retains certain accountant (9)
4.) Crossing behind, ran central blockade (9)
5.) Prizefighter with italian money (9)
6.) Saws ham or sips fluid (9)
7.) Combat hero takes cover (5)
8.) Arranged to divide local account (9).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
William
