Sorry for the dearth of letters, matched by my dearth of ideas/answers/inspiration.

Second one looks like sea eagles - anagram of see algaes+s from Sargasso.

IRK (for distress) surrounded by ASS and I = AIR KISS. Any ideas on 8d At S----
