Cannot find Tomcat and Ive been down the route of Puss, Manx etc. Similarly Isle of Dogs is not really an island. Many thanks for all the help..will keep picking away like a thorn in the flesh.

I like chrisg's idea of Daco Island - it is in the Philippines.

9 could be Bottom
Two = Both (tailess = bot)
Cats (toms tailess = tom)
Bottom island is also known as Pulau Ngisor and is in Indonesia..
Bit of a complicated answer and probably wrong !

Thats my final one Sammy and probably the most logical of the bunch submitted so far...
