thanks Sally Terry and emf not sure I see some of your reasonning but will try again. Am still stuck on the bread bun clue and the outline avoid one any ideas?

Last cry for help on theses clues. The qui is called that's entertainment and seems to be fairground type answers. Any help please on these two?

would go with rollercoaster
as roll is bread bun, oast is a kiln i believe
