Was sailing along but have got into a jam on these:- 8D/ Keen to scoff about instruments band
found. (5-3) I have S---- -E-
11A/ Finish off learning about poet. (5)
I have L-R--
13A/ Fall behind tedious person with quick
way to move files. (4,3,4)
I have D-A- AND -R--
Is this possibly "DRAG AND DRAG" ?

I've no doubt someone can help me avoid getting a
brain strain! Any help appreciated.

Thanks, AJT - you're spot on with those two. That makes 8D/ S-A-P -E- (5,3). Looks like the instruments are harps which go in the middle of the answer, but I haven't worked the rest out yet!
