I've been fiddling with this for a few days and find it rather thorny. I still have much of the upper left corner missing and a few words in the upper right. For 6d I have AL_PI_E and just can't work out a Spoonerism; ditto with 14a, for which I have M__L. For 8d I have EM_A. For 11a I have REALTIME for TEAL RHYME. Is this wrong?

For all those who would love to help you but don't have the original to hand, what are the clues, please?

Sorry, just assumed that others would be working on it. 6d: Fishy dish of mountains bordering Spain (7), 14a: Spill's what marks ale being mishandled (4), 8d: Not a lame sheepdog Mary almost abandoned at first (4). All involve Spoonerisms, either in clue or answer.

Talk about language barriers. It took a while for me to realize that it was beadle that was part of the Spoonerism at 15a. Bipedal has a short e in the US; I kept wondering what a beddle was!
