Possibly 'owls'? O for love, W(est) as a cardinal point + LS for Laos - but the usual IVR for Laos is LAO so I'm not 100% sure.

That is spot on, alwayspuzzled, except LS is the abbreviation for the Irish county of Laois. So owls it is
