11a is a homophone for the first word. Put a typical animal found in Richmond Park on the end of something found in Wimbledon or Clapham. Appropriate as a verb is the definition.

1d is another word for the Leaning Tower. Remove “is” from Pisa and put the remainder inside two rivers, one in Cambridge, the other in Egypt.
