The bottom left hand corner has me stumped:

15D Pale ale for one in drink. (9)
W _ I _ E _ A _ _
I think this is probably WHITEBAIT though I can't see how this relates to 'ale'.

21D Old period property. (6)
_ T _ A _ _
Maybe ESTATE, but don't really understand why.

28A Well put together types of food containers. (6)
D _ _ _ _ _ (or D _ T _ E _ if my two above suggestions are correct)

Have no idea at all about this one.

Any suggestions welcome!

White is right then you need a brand of ale which is also a singing voice.

Double Definition

Attractive young ladies/what you ear from.

AP, for 28, Chambers doesn't restrict the term to 'ladies'...(Oh, and I'd be surprised if anyone has used the word, in that sense, this century!)
