Darla 24 (I like clues that do a Steve Harley on me 🙂).

So many good ones.

[Chris - thanks for that - I tend to forget not everyone’s into popular music (although for an auld fella like me maybe that should be - once popular music!)!
I was away so didn’t have a chance to tweak.
And Swarb - the less said about Jazz Woodbines, the better.

Thanks to all those who stepped up for this week's challenge. The final tally is 1 vote each for;
dorrien 27, raffles 31, spike 37, buddy 7&19, tyke 36, paul 17&45, getting 27&38, amej 8.
I did wonder if we might end with 15 votes for 15 different clues, but now there is a tie, with 2 votes each for swarb 46 and darla 24. I liked the historical connection of swarb's clue, and had a smile at darla's. However, I'll go with #46 for this week's winner

Take over failed Northumbrian pits (4,2)

Well done, swarbs! Your prizes are;

Congrats swarbrules and thanks mattrom.

We've a connection to your first two clips - we've been to the Cliffs of Moher (highest in the British Isles, I think), and we were moved on from sitting on the Spanish Steps to eat our lunch - not allowed, apparently!

Me @68
Google has corrected me, though it falsely claims that these are the highest in Europe

I knew where the highest in Europe were, because I've been there too!
