Thank you to all who entered this week's clue-writing competition. The creativity and quality of the submissions was outstanding, making the task of choosing a winner especially challenging. As just about everyone was in the running for a top three spot at some stage, I will refrain from mentioning names and do away with a podium. Suffice it to say, it was a privilege to read through such a range of ingenious and varied interpretations.
