11 Across "Anchor before going in fo fish dish (8). The answer is "KEDGEREE" - obviously KEDGE is the anchor, but where's the end coming from?

20 Across "Material for barristers articles" (8). The material is Barathea - is Bar an accepted abbreviation for barrister - followed by two indefinite and one definite article?

Just a couple of niggles.

Thanks

That’s true, jazzgirl, but “the bar” is a collective term for barristers generally, ie those who have taken silk, so I think that may explain the plural in the clue

Many thanks for those.

As I've said many times before - "ere" rates a "D'oh"!!!!
