I've been doing some of their previous puzzles - this one is by Hawk, January 2024.
There is a misprint in the definition, which needs to be an H, so I presume 'skip' becomes 'ship'.
"Ten once shifted skip from Mars?" (3) UFO
I can't see the wordplay.

I think have you have to move each letter in TEN forward by one in the alphabet to get UFO.
