Well this seems wrong given that both jono’s clues were better than mine. Divide and conquer, it seems. Thanks all for votes and to aristo for hosting and prizes. You’d think the Mississippi riverfront would be a big attraction in St. Louis but in fact it is only interesting if you enjoy watching barges go by.

Jono, you suffered from what I call - Elton John in America syndrome - YouTube has him on an early OGWT c.1971 (with a young presenter who makes Whispering-Bob look animated) discussing his success in the US. He said his initial delight at having 4 albums in the top forty was later tempered by the realisation that just one in the top ten would have been better.😁
