Regarding the list, Dorrien was on duty up until summer when Buddy took over, then I took over recently as Buddy is away. I think Dorrien may be back soon. The first line of the spreadsheet should say who updated it last and what that word was. Every now and again I make a copy of the whole thing and save it to a hard disk (just in case something goes wrong!).
