Can anyone explain 25A wordplay please?

The first two letters are from a range of energy drinks (I think) followed by the initials of someone who works for HM Revenue & Customs.

No, it's ''to eat or drink a specific thing'' (Chambers). I was hoping to avoid reading through that screed (should have known better, woodlouse}.

I am, however, confused by the last part of the rubric. There is a clued down answer that is “a further example” (it’s from 2018) but it is in full, not “in short form”.
