Good evening to anyone who is still around.

I have solved 1a and 1d in this crossword (long anagrams).

Now I am completely stuck.

9a - Attracted to men or women tickling in a way that’s cruel (8)

11a - One’s naked, essentially wearing short, revealing piece (7)

13a - Failing courses with English (5)

Any pointers for these clues?

13 Courses could be on a race-track, at athletics, say and add the usual English, to get a failing, an oversight.

9a: "Attracted to men or women" is usually BI, so that should be enough to generate a good guess. Defn. "in a way that's cruel"

9 A. It starts with the usual two-letter word meaning attraced to men and women, followed by a sensation, when you've been tickled. You get a word that means 'in a way that's cruel', hurtfully etc.

11a: defn. "revealing piece" (slang).

Parses as (2,1) inserted into MINI (short).
