I was thinking the same thing. Only held up by the two 19s, but not for long. Non-Brits are likely to struggle with a few of the references, though.

Not dreaming Brendan. And an easy and quick completion for me too. Agree there are some particularly local references.

But 8 minutes is beyond me.

It does intrigue me how a setter can opt for an easier or harder clue for the same answer, having never tried to write one I would not know, but I can guess. I suppose some might be obvious anagrams and others more convoluted.
