Where do I start?

I have solved 1a,26a, 2d, 18d.

Now I’ve come a cropper. Can I ask for guidance on 3 clues please?

5a - How old clothes are rubbish! (7)

10a - No member of an ethnic minority in America is a stinger (4)

11a - Mrs Spray does talk (4,3,3)

5 is 4,3, with the 4 being clothes. "Old" isn't an exact equivalent for the 3, though.
10 think of a "stinger" that is also an acronym
11 Sprat, not Spray. Do you remember "Jack Sprat"?

5a garb age ?

I’ve never heard of Jack Sprat

10a is only 4 letters, I have A as a confirmed 2nd letter and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do.

Jack Sprat could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean, and so between the two of them, they licked the platter clean.
