Flummoxed I’m afraid.

I’ve managed to solve 10, 13 & 15 across…I think.

I have no idea about 1a:

151 + 10 confused customer?(6)

Clues with numbers in them are generally either Roman numerals, cross references to other clues or the numbers spelled out, or some combination thereof.
Here you have a Roman numeral followed by (+) an anagram (confused) of “ten”.

Could it be 151 in Roman plus ten mixed to mean shopper?
