Manipulating the various alliterative alternatives was a highly favoured mechanism of clueing, though I liked some of the other constructions and Dorrien’s “letterbank” is an intriguing device we don’t see very often.
Second and third places are tied with Amej@4 and Paul@6 both with 7 votes, however, the clear winner on 15 votes is Aristo with his poetic sounding (I’m reminded of Thomas Gray)…
