I suppose that after several weeks of relatively straightforward puzzles this ghastly one was overdue.

I've managed most of the left, but the right is a bit terra incognita.

I wonder if some kindly person would supply the answer for ;
6A - Type answer by hand primarily; some often do (4, 1, 5, 2)
???? ? ????T ??
I accept the "T" may be erroneous.......
