The long one across the middle of the grid is an anagram.
So is 14d.

Yes, it’s an abbreviation used in street addresses, crops up fairly regulatory so worth remembering.

I’ve cheated a bit by checking the first 2 letters of 21a, but the rest is gibberish to me.

Moreover, the whole bottom right corner is empty.

I cannot understand 25a at all.
