Could be MEAT BALLS around O + ON, so MEAT BALLOONS with the definition being "t*ts"

Years ago I went to the Comedy Store in Soho and there was an act where a man in full top hat and tails and his assistant in the female equivalent (tails but over a leotard and stockings) came onto the stage and then, when the music started playing, the lady bent over and the man took an actual large fish from inside his jacket and proceeded to spank her with it - fish spanking indeed! 😂
