20a Burnt cycling around African-Arabian water (3,3), and 28a Hard to catch sight of Queen live (4). The answers look like Red Sea and Rare, but I can't parse them fully

28a looks like R(queen) + ARE(live), but it doesn't seem like an elegant clue.

Both correct, I’m sure. Cycling means letters moved around in order. So SEARED, burnt, cycled becomes RED SEA.

Rare is just R for queen + ARE for live, exist. Look up “be” in Chambers.
