Are you sure of the A? Finnesko, boots made from reindeer skin works . Anagram (surprisingly) of 'ones kin' and th F at the start (principally) of For.

Thank you to those who replied with the answer. I'll have to re-visit the A! I thought it must be an anagram of 'one's kin' and another letter but was distracted by the A.
