Usually this crossword is a breeze. It is great for beginners to start to learn how to do cryptic.
Well, this one has me stumped.
13a. Wild shouting is missing nothing (6) ?o?g?e or ?o?g?t
tongue? but why?
The clues for the letters
1d. To begin, tutor sat awkwardly (5,3) Start Out [giving the o]
14d. Content of degree needs to be environmentally friendly [5] Green [giving the g]
3d. Encountered 11 turning up inside piece of music [6] Minute [giving the e] or is it minuet?
driving me mad!

Nought, nothing. Take 'is' from 'shouting' (shouting is missing) and anagram it (wild, in tbe clue)

3d. looks like MET (encountered) with a reversal (up, in a down clue) of UNI (presumably this relates to the answer to 11) for MINUET
