Can I ask please, why can I sometimes manage to stagger through the crossword and other days its just impossible, its so frustrating, is it a new compiler , how can you tell who has written it, this weeks was Wednesday ,

I don't know who the setters are, but clues vary from day to day. Some days I find some harder than usual

Hi, I'm new to the forum and just saw your post. I'm fairly sure there are 2 compilers and you're right, one of them uses a lot more anagrams and the clues are much easier to solve.
