PS That answer could be wrong. I didn't come up with anything myself (but I don't spend a lot of time on this puzzle.)

The three dots at the start suggest it might relate to the previous across answer. Do you have it?

The … indicates it might be linked to the preceding clue. Perhaps something that indicates “care”?
