Fair point, Malone (although I figured anyone in the thread would be doing the crossword too, given that the Viz Craptic is fairly niche!)

Anyway, it's 16 Down:

The letters I have so far are _I_L_ / W_I_A, although whether they're actually correct, I don't know!

Might it be Willy Wonka, the bars being chocolate bars?
